Tuesday Night Track (March – September)

Tuesday Night Track is a great opportunity for runners. Join us every Tuesday night for our track run, led by the experienced Coach Steve. This session is not just about running; it’s a holistic approach to improving your performance, technique, and staying injury-free. Coach Steve will guide you through proper stretching and warm-up techniques, setting the foundation for a safe and effective workout. Whether you’re a seasoned runner with specific race goals or simply looking to get in shape, our track run is welcoming to all.

Wednesday Trail Group Runs: (March – September)

Join us Wednesdays for our trail run adventure as we explore the trails in and around Pocatello. Our focus is on the joy of running and the being in nature. With multiple pace groups to accommodate various fitness levels, you’ll find someone to run with. Distances vary, ranging from around 3 miles to more challenging 8-mile routes, but fear not—many longer runs offer shorter options for newcomers.

We’re all about spending time in the mountains, surrounded by friends who share our passion for running. We’ve welcomed several new runners who, by the end of the season, discover themselves conquering trails they may have never imagined. Join us for a journey on Pocatello’s world-class trails!

Saturday Morning Group Runs: (March – September)

We meet at various locations at 8:00 am. The run and route vary each week depending on how many runners show up and what kind of run everyone is interested in (trail or road). We divide into groups to run either the city creek trail system or the road. All paces welcome. For more details visit our Facebook.
